well the time period is during the Meiji Restoration but the topic is about Westernization. Japan had a fear of being colonized after witnessing what happened to China and how advanced the West was, both technologically and politically. A national identity of being "Japanese" barely existed among its people and that development of nationalism while trying to catch up to the West was the concern. I think it also alludes to postwar Japan as in that their government was completely overhauled by the US and I think that this song just sorta talks about the disillusionment of Japan of both Western traits and the Japanese traits that were developed in prewar Japan.
out of all of the Hatsune Miku concert videos I've seen on YT this one is my favourite,the crowd is cheerful and energetic,the show looked AWESOME with the fireworks,confetti all of it! (silently goes to a corner wishing I lived in a place where there was more a nine stuff)
The Archon Not everything is done with a computer. Yes, the songs are made with a pc. But think about how they got Miku's voice. Someone has to sing in all the tunes. So she is kinda human.
Even before Lindsey Stirling made her own violin cover of this song, I was already aware that this was Hatsune Miku originally. Lindsey doesn't sing and Miku does sing. So, there is NO comparison between either of them. They are incredible equally!
